6wk post op perianal abscess

I had a perianal abscess drained by emergancy surgery 6 wka ago and seems to have healed well. I had my gallbladder removed 2 weeks ago and asked the surgeon to check it while i was 'out' and he said it was healing well.
The last 2/3 days the area has been sore. I have had a look and its a little pink and looks like it has a small sore on the skin. Not sure why maybe heat, sweat.. im hoping.....

If it’s still like that in a week or so I’d get your GP to check it out. Mine was like that for years and constantly drained (but I had a fistula - Crohns. ) that meds eventually helped to close.

I don't really understand a fistula but it's not near my anus it's where that abscess wound was just to the right I think it's the actual original incision that's leaking, thank you for replying
