Can someone please help me. I’ve been with my hubby for 10 years now. For the last 9-10 months, every single night while he’s sleeping he is sweating buckets, so much to the point the sheets are soaked and even my pyjamas, he sleeps in just his boxers, I always have the window opened slightly so it’s not the temperature of the room that’s causing it. On top of his he has started snoring a lot and his breathing changes sometimes. I know it sounds weird but sometimes it sounds like he’s not breathing properly and only breathing small breaths through his mouth. He’s also started suddenly moving in bed, he will just randomly swing his arm over and on a few occasions he’s actually caught me in the back of the head, he also jerks his leg sudden which resulted in me having a big bruise on my leg due to him kneeing me. He won’t go and see a doctor he thinks I am being dramatic but it’s got that bad now I can’t even sleep in the same room as him. He’s just turned 40, he’s slim build and average hight. Does anyone else suffer with this? I seriously need some help with this guys.

I’d send him to gp and ask for a general check up - id want his heart and ent area checked although most likely he’s fine
Practically - sleep in different beds for a while!

And why does he not want to see a GP?. I presume he is scared of any possible outcome here BUT he does need to see his GP. I would book an appointment and attend this with him. You can also tell the GP about what you see when he is asleep.
