Driving me insane! Menstrual cup on its side

Hi all,

I've tried different brands of cups, both the correct size and both still end up moving and tilting during the heaviest days of my period.

Mooncup advised that I may have a short cervix, so I bought an especially short cup designed for that. I read that strong pelvic floor muscles can dislodge the cup, so I bought one designed for that. But they still both move (really high up) and tilt to the side, but only for about 2 days in the middle of my period and work fine the rest of the time. Which suggests that I am inserting them correctly.

I've been using them for about 2 years now and would say I've got the hang of inserting and removing.

What could be happening?? Has anyone else experienced this?

Thanks,
Millie x
