Was moaning to my friend about the fact my nails have been so weak and brittle recently. I said maybe I should take a supplement/vitamins.
She looked at me like I have two heads: "you mean you don't already?!"
In my defence I thought I'd probably get all the vitamins I need from my diet as it is GOOD, varied and full of fresh fruit/veg. I don't miss any food groups.
So, do you take any supplements? If so, which?
