Hi everyone, I've just found out I have pleurisy for second time in short space of time! I'm on cefalexin antibiotics and prednisone steroids but my chest still feels really tight (even after my asthma pump) and pains in my shoulder and just generally feeling crap. I started the antibiotics weds, only fitted in two that day but had 3 thurs and so far 1 today (3x a day for seven days) do you think I just need to wait a little longer for them to kick in? Tia.
