medication patches leaving black marks

I wear a patch which is changed twice a week on my thigh, as I always wear black work trousers/jeans, it leaves a horrible thick black fluffy square line that I can’t get rid of. Scrubbing it hurts my skin too much and nothing else seems to help.
Has anyone found a simple product that gets rid of it?

Try something oil based?

I've used cooking oil to get stuff off DS's skin before now...lol.

You can get Zoff wipes, they are specifically designed to remove dressing residue.

Your local pharmacy will be able to order them for you

Baby oil or olive oil on a cotton wool pad works well.

Also surgical spirit.

You need to use baby oil, I have the same problem with my HRT patch, but baby oil gets it all off
