I've been on amitryptaline for 2-3 weeks now and my period was due on Saturday and still hasn't turned up. This happened last time I was on it too, a couple of years ago. I thought then it might be the start of the menopause early, but I've been totally regular ever since.
Is it a coincidence or can amitryptaline do this? I'm definitely 100% not pregnant.
