Any idea what these spots are?

I've attached some pictures. Just noticed today some tiny red/brown spots. They are mainly on my arms and a few on my stomach. Can't really see them anywhere else at the moment. I attached s picture of one close up. Any ideas what they are?

I've been unwell with a virus, which has affected my throats and stomach, but not sure if I had these before that or not

I think it looks like a post viral rash... quite common and nothing to worry about but obviously if it gets worse or your feeling unwell then pop to GP.

I have the same spots if they are not ichy then there is nothing to worry about

No summer, not itchy at all. They are on both arms and some on my stomach too. I'm still not feeling right after a bad virus, so will wait for a couple of weeks and see the doc if they're still there.
