Low mood, weight gain - which blood tests?

I have been suffering from grumpiness, mood swings and weight gain over the last few months. I have an ongoing issue with my thyroid, which the GP has a plan for, but I'd like to check that there is nothing else wrong. I have blood tests for my thyroid scheduled shortly, and I'd like to get everything else relevant tested at the same time. Can anyone suggest what I should be asking for?
Last time the GP tested:
Blood film microscopy
Liver function
B12
Haemaglobin
Renal
Ferritin
Folate
Lipids
Full blood cunt
Vit D

Is anything else required?

How old are you? Would the hormone test for menopause be relevant?

Lubey, still can't see it. Should I add brain fog to my list?

I'm hoping I've got a couple more years before menopause starts.

Ah, yes! I'm blaming the stupid font on the desktop version. It's obviously not aimed at those of us with poor eyesight!
