Mine was yesterday. Due to heat, PMS and sitting all day. If it goes down overnight, it'll just be the heat. Mine always goes back to normal overnight.

Second GP. It could be lymphoedema or blood pressure related but there are other possible causes and only a medically qualified person can tell you which it is.

Seen gp. Doesn't seem worried about it. Says it's a combination of heat and arthritis
