When should you worry about a fever?

I'm at home on my own today with a horrible bug. DH at a wedding that I had to miss

My fever is now 39c - when do I need to worry about it? I almost never get ill so I don't know if I am just being precious!

Have you taken anything to bring it down, if so when?

No just let it do its thing. Keep warm is you feel cold and cool when you feel hot. Good old immune system doing it's thing.
