So I am a slim slender bodied type of woman, i breastfeed, don't smoke, and I eat like a hippo.
Not all junk or health, a variety, but regularly, like 4-5 average meals a day rather than 3 massive ones but also snacks.
I have noticed that a lot of people I know hardly eat anything by comparison. Like 1 meal a day and only 1 or 2 snacks (some of these people bigger and some smalller than me)
I started to wonder if there was something wrong with me and then I realised a lot of people smoke, and that suppresses there appetite, so in fact maybe it's them who aren't eating enough.
Then I met some other thin people who don't smoke but also eat loads like I do, and now I'm wondering if that means we are actually the type of people who are really fat on the inside but look skinny on the outside if you know what I mean?
Or do we just have high metabolisms and burn off all the food straightaway?
What even is a 'normal' appetite if there is such thing?
