Hi there
Been on Cambridge diet for 10/11 weeks lost 2& 1/2 stone so far however I have t lost anything for the last 2 weeks I've remained the same weight ??? 
I had a few cheeky gins at the weekend for a celebration but nothing over the top and straight back on it the next day but I've hit a brick wall
Generally always on plan most of the time all week step 1b and drinking over 3 litres.
Advice please
