Floradix?

I've been thinking of buying a bottle of Floradix as I've been feeling well quite tired all the time lately, I just can't seem to muster the the energy to do ANYTHING.

I'm mid-forties. I'm on amitriptyline & topiramate, have been for a while. I have been aneamic in the past and more so recently I had another blood test earlier this year and my iron stores were 'low' so was prescribed iron tablets.

I get out of breath very quickly. My resting heartbeat is approx just under 100bpm.

I'm wondering if the Floradix would help, has anyone taken this & found it helps?

I'd be curious to know what others think of it. I'm late 40's and exhausted and peri-menopausal. Floradix gave me stomach cramps and the iron tablets on their own gave me constipation.

No personal experience, but a friend of mine (40) recommended it after giving birth. She said it was gentler than iron tablets. But probably best to check with your GP re: dosage.
