Croup - now complaining of stomach ache?

Croupy for the last 2 days, the cough has turned into a more normal cough now, but she has since started yelling out with tummy ache.

I'm thinking that its pulled muscles from the coughing, but wanted to check there isn't some childhood illness that starts like croup and then stomach something

She's just been sick too, but I get the feeling its the tummy ache, cataarh, coughing, high temp etc.

Could be glands in the tummy? My ds2 regularly gets tummy ache when he has a sore throat - swollen glands in tummy.

She seems fine now she's been sick

I think it was just a build up Poor thing can't decide if she is well or not!
