So. I was playing with my little nephew. He's really quite heavy haha. And I was trying to keep him happy for 5 minutes for his mum and I jumped up with him to make him laugh and I got this awful pulling/stretching feeling in my uterus area. I can't stop thinking I've done something to the scar on the inside or something !! I probably sound so stupid 😂 but now when I pull myself up off a chair or a sofa i get the same pulling feeling :( I'll make an appointment with my gp on Monday of its the same, but any advice on what it could be for the time being?? Thanks. Again sorry if I sound like a complete idiot. Lol

Hello- just read your post. Did you ever see your doctor about this? Sounds like adhesions from your c-section.... I've had the same feeling but more one sided. Let me know how you got on x

Probably adhesions. I have had two c sections, last one 3 years ago and still hurts when I move suddenly, carry weights or even sneeze or laugh hard 😮

I've been worrying about this.

Has anyone's pain got easier? I get it day to day and it's stopping me from exercising.

It does get a bit easier for most people. I still can't exercise as I also still have pain from severe SPD I had in all my pregnancies. I used to love Zumba 😔
