Noticed it a few weeks ago, have booked docs appointment but it's not for two weeks and it's worrying me a bit so just wondered if anyone had had anything similar. It's on the inside of my elbow, if you imagine turning your arms palm up it's over towards the side closest to my body but still in the bend if that makes sense. Feels gristly rather than soft and is about the size of a cherry tomato width wise although it doesn't stick up that far iyswim. It doesn't hurt although my arm feels a little bit achy afterwards if I push on it, sort of like when you've had blood taken. Sure it's nothing to worry about but any thoughts would be welcome.
