For the last 3 or 4 weeks whenever i bend down i get this excruciating pain in my head at the top that sort of feels like brain freeze. I dont have a cold or any sinus issues so i dont think its my sinuses.
Has anyone suffered anything similar or know what it might be? Is it worth making a GP appointment for ?
