I have come out in a weird rash that started on my neck. It looks like heat rash but it's spreading, to my face, chest and now down onto my abdomen. Is it just heat rash? Its not hot at all here but i had a baby 8 weeks ago and although the night sweats have tailed off sometimes I do get sweaty at night. it's not really bothering me but doesn't look great, esp on my face.
