Constant bleeding

I'm currently at the end of month 2 of the longest period ever. I've been to the doctors who prescribed tablets which didn't work to stop bleeding. I've had swabs (clear), currently awaiting smear results and appointment for scan (fibroids). I'm so exhausted by it all. I'm changing ever hour at least due to the massive blood clots every time I cough, sneeze or stand up. Last night I had to change pj's and bed twice.
Just want it all gone.

It’s good they’re scanning you - what age are you? I had this and it was the menopause - because of my age (young) and medical history (messy) I was given a mirena coil which sorted it out. Hope it gets fixed soon

I'm 36. Currently on implant which worked well for me until I had it changed in February but they don't think it's the implant due to other issues.
