Probably trivial but I'm desperate

I'm on antibiotics. I've done 4/7 days so far. I've got raging thrush (not confirmed by doctor but I'm sure) and it's spreading down my perineum (tmi). But my whole downstairs is itching/burning/red mess. Oh and I've come on my period too today . Joy. Do I have to wait until the antibiotics are finished to take a fluconazole? I know that antibiotics often cause thrush but I've got it already. I've slapped on Sudocrem and washed with oilatum. Not sure I can wait another three days

You need to go back to the gp for advice. They might prescribe something for the thrush or change the antibiotics.
