Go to the dentist and solphadeine (think that’s how you spell it)!

Google pressure points to help a toothache. I had a toothache once and had to fly to Barcelona. The one under the jaw really helped until I got there and got some of their strong painkillers 😝

Got some pain relief today like you said. Terrified

Please go to the dentist! It could be something really easily sorted, and even if it’s something more serious it’s much better to have it treated - it won’t go away on its own. Tell your dentist you are scared and he or she will do everything possible to help - I like to have a running commentary so I know exactly what’s going on, whereas my DP closes his eyes and wears headphones. Dentists are experienced with dealing with nervous patients (I am a very nervous patient, so I understand) and really want to do the best they can to make every experience as positive as possible.
