Has anyone come up with supplements that improve memory or cognitive skills.i realise now that my ageing memory was probably affected by the use of otc sleeping aids interspersed with prescribed ones over many years, now what can I take to repair the damage. If anything.

I remember taking gingko biloba maybe 10 years ago but it is not said to work now,

The internet is awash with stuff it's impossible to tell what might or might not work.
There's stuff which students use to cram before exams but I doubt it's otc ,or even legal.

B12 deficiency can affect brain function.

Ummm I would look at improving your diet rather than trying to spend money on gimmicky supplements.

Once you've nailed the diet and that's not easy in itself if you really want to eat well. Plus it's expensive. Then make additions.

Yes a healthy diet is v important.

Helpful...not. 🙄

OP Try a high strength B complex (e.g. B100 from Nature’s Best). If you have a fuzzy, woolly-headed feeling lack of Bs can be one cause and I’ve used the above to good effect.
