Big bubble in stomach?

Hi does anyone else get this?
It feels like a massive bubble in stomach if I move or jiggle about you can hear the bubble moving up and down. My stomach grumbles and i get the feeling I'm bloated and quite tight chested?

I don't have any experience of that but could it be a hiatus hernia? Ur stomach protruding through ur diaphragm? It's not life threatening, just uncomfortable
