Hi. I've been feeling awful recently and say I have the symptoms of hypothyroidism. I've had bloods done which show TSH of 0.1 and free T4 12.9 and free T3 of 6.1. What does this mean please?

Although your ft4 is quite low, your ft3 is good. The results don't indicate hypothyroidism. Did they test iron, ferritin, vit d and b12? Vit d is at it's lowest in most people this time of year and has similar symptoms to hypothyroidism!

Thank you. I'm so confused about what it all means!!

Probably worth having other blood tests to rule out other deficiencies. But also get your thyriod antibodies checked. Like i said your ft4 is low, but probably bottom of the lab range. The healthunlocked\thyroiduk forum might be able to advise.
