Chafing thighs rash

Like many of us, I have the dreaded “chub rub!” I’m a size 12 and my BMI is in the healthy zone but the tops of my thighs rub together - sometimes leading to chafing.

Last week a particular pair of tights really rubbed into my thighs (bikini line) when I was hot and sweaty. It was then really itchy, it’s now all red and blistered. Last night I scratched it and I must have caused a wound as it bled into my pants! Sorry TMI!

Shock

It’s so itchy and sore, any ideas to heal it?!

Might be a strange idea but I’d use nappy rash cream on that, it sounds like the same kind of irritated rash?

I was going to suggest Sudocrem, as above OP suggested. I had similar and it worked immediately.

Sudocrem
Lovely stuff, my go to cream

Lanacane is an anti chaffing cream which doubles up as a foundation primer. You can buy it in boots and super drugs.

And to avoid the problem in future you can use Glide.
