I’ve had shingles before and had very similar symptoms - been feeling a bit run down, tingly/prickly right hand side, then these insanely itchy spots popped up yesterday...more painful than itchy today but feel like absolute crap!
Can you get shingles twice? Is it too small to be a shingles rash before I run to the gp?
