Pain between periods?

I've been having lower right abdominal pain for over a year and been to Drs who have been miffed and sent me to A&E querying appendicitis, ovarian cysts and kidney problems. Have had a scan of ovaries last October and were all clear. Have had a CT scan of kidneys last month and all clear apart from a cyst on left ovary which wouldn't be causing right side pain.

I had been having really heavy, painful periods for the past year/18 months so have had the coil fitted in February and had a 12 day period then 2 weeks later a 10 day period then 3 weeks later a 23 day period!! But in between the periods (and more noticeable recently) I'm having the lower right pain, which seems to appear as soon as my period has finished and ramps up til it appears again and then doesn't appear again til the period is gone.

Anyone have any idea what I should be asking about at my next GP appointment (3 weeks away)? I feel like they haven't a clue what is going on and have done some checks already but found nothing and don't want them to think I'm just a moaner. BUt something is definitely going on and after stupidly googling I am anxious that it could be cancer. Which might sound like an over reaction but I'm really at the point of despair with putting up with it for months and nothing coming up on any scans.

Forgot to add, on the ast 2 occasions that I have seen the GP in the last few months I have had blood in my urine but no infection and kidneys were clear.
