Unexplained blisters on feet?

I have developed painful blisters all over my feet (say about 5 each foot) over the weekend.
I haven't worn any particularly uncomfortable shoes nor recall rubbing.
Anyone think what could be causing it?

Hand, foot and mouth? Any blisters on your hands or sore patches in your mouth?

Actually yes to ulcers in my mouth, nothing on my hands though
