Anyone good with blood test results?

Hi. Can anyone help me to decipher my blood test results please. I have anxiety and also wonder if I'm perimenpausal. I think I'm always looking for a reason to explain my anxiety which came on last year.

Anyway:
TSH 1.02;
b12 367;

Serum folate 5.2;
Ferritin 114;
Total white blood cell count 4.3

Do these figures look ok? Thanks.

They're all within normal range from what I can remember from my nursing days.

Thank you.

B12 looks too low. Should be at least 500 and preferably almost double that.

TSH looks good, but that's a pituitary hormone and doesn't actually tell you what is going on with your thyroid.

Ferritin is good.

The best thing to do is to also look at the printed ranges - I know ferritin and tsh roughly but not sure the others. Tsh is fine and reflects your average thyroid hormones (t4 and t3). What time of day did you have the blood test?

Normal for ferritin is over 70 iirc.

Do you have the ranges? For the others esp b12 you should be at the upper end of the ranges. (Tsh you want the lower end)

Peri can cause anxiety.

Thank you. My b12 has actually gone up from 280 since last year. My ferritin has gone up from 39. I'm using the b12 spray. I would love to get rid of the anxiety. I'll check out the ranges.
