Can this wait until Monday?

Just looking for advice.

I have had problems with my right shoulder for about a year. Doctors have put me on pain killers and they usually work. I've got an appointment on Monday but I don't know if I should go to A and E. I don't want to take a space from someone who needs it.

I was at work on Thursday and it suddenly got worse. When I lift my arm I feel my shoulder juddering and a sharp pain and I can't hold it up. and it's a constant dull pain and it feels like the top of my back is being pushed when I straighten up. The pain has moved into my neck and other shoulder and I've got weakness in my hand and my arm feels heavy on the right side.

Last night I couldn't cope with it anymore and I went for a lie down and lay on my front. I suddenly started hyperventilating and It took a while to calm my breathing. I do have an anxiety disorder but it didn't feel like an anxiety attack.

I have osteoporosis and I'm scared I've broke something or damaged a bone. My painkillers are making me tired so apologies if it's written badly.

Have you phoned 111? They might be able to get you an out if hours gp appointment.
If not then I think I would go to a&e as the weakness in your hand and your arm feeling heavy isn’t normal.
