Does anyone experience this? I have low red and platelet cells, absorption issues in my gut. A swelly belly, severe sensitivity to dairy and wheat, joint pain. I'm early 40's and this us worsening. My b12 injections don't seem to help but each morning or sometimes in the middle of the night I wake up as if I've had a bad dream with all sorts of stomach, side and back pains with numb or tingly hands as if the blood is leaving them to perhaps rush to my digestive system??? Plus I'm overweight and have diarrhoea every day. Stomach scans find nothing Confused help! Am I just nuts?? Recent blood tests show no menopause or high white cell ibd signs. Periods are normal and not particularly painful. I do get a bit anxious but probably from all this weird stuff happening to my body! Help! My doctors think I may have rheumatoid arthritis but it's not yet showing in my blood. Also my thyroid has been borderline hypo for most of my life........
