My GP's surgery has changed the way it does repeat prescriptions etc. I have to sign up to a new service and was given the options of providers called Patient Access, Evergreen Life and Dimec.
Does anyone know anything about them? Are any of them significantly better/worse than the others?

They all do similar things. The first two let you order your prescriptions and book appointments and the last one (DIMEC) only does prescriptions.
You can sign up to both of the others to see which one you like best - personally I prefer Evergreen Life - the app is easier to use and it lets you add your own information as well so can monitor your health yourself.
Check out the reviews of the apps (patient access and Evergreen life) on the App Store if you’re unsure - there’s loads there to guide you to the right one for you.
I started an Evergreen account for my latest little one before she was born, I started it and stored her scan pictures in it and now I’ve used it to reschedule her appointment for her second lot of jabs without having to wait on the phone for a million years .
