Never not tired after work

It’s recently occurred to me that every day after my full time job in an office I barely do anything apart from maybe cook, eat, fall asleep or watch something on tv or on an demand type app. I have always wanted to do things but I can’t because I can’t overcome my tiredness. I just feel lethargic and sluggish ALL the time I don’t think I was always this bad but can’t remember when it changed. Does anyone else experience the same thing or anyone that’s overcome it? I’d love to be able to excercise or read without falling asleep or do SOMEthing worthwhile and productive after work

What time do you go to bed and get up? Are you a healthy weight? What's your general diet like?

How old are you? Is your job stressful? Do you feel under pressure to deliver at work? Do you work in a noisy environment?

I'm the same but I do try to force myself to do something after some of the days. I have found that going for a nice walk really helps. I always feel too tired to go, but once I do, I just feel more relaxed and although tired afterwards, it's a good 'tiredness'.

I used to exercise afterwards even when tired but I am finding this harder and harder to do. I've now come to the conclusion that the only way forward is to cut down to 4 days. Could just about afford it, but the issue is I don't think my boss will agree to it. It's a catch 22, they need me because of the amount of work, but it's the amount of work I have to get through each day that means I am less and less able to perform.
