How can I treat a verruca when I'm breastfeeding? I bought some removal gel today, however, it states not to use if pregnant or breastfeeding. Thanks

I have recently cleared my sons verruccas, all 17 of them, with a mix of apple cider vinegar on cotton wool ball taped to the foot over night, then in the morning and at bedtime filing down the skin with a micro pedi and then picking out the middle of the verruca with a sterilised pin. He had the verrucas for over a year and none of the over the counter stuff worked at all. I cleared all 17 in about 2 weeks.

The breastfeeding network has pretty good info on what is safe while breastfeeding (and anecdotally even some GPs refer to their factsheets)
Google them and look under foot conditions, it says that over the counter products are fine to use.
A lot of things say not to simply because they haven't been tested, as it would be unethical, not because there are proven ill effects.
They also have a number you could call and speak to someone if you are still concerned
