DH has high blood pressure, started on meds a few weeks back. The thing is, he is very fit, very slim, has a balanced diet, low in fat and salt. He has a stressful job but he is not a stressed out person per say, he has a very relaxed attitude to pretty much anything (except when watching football!!). He drinks about 3 units of alcohol a week. He basically follows all the advice given to control high blood pressure, but still BP not going down. Any ideas?
