Started with a cough last Friday, had terrible back and leg pain Fri night. Woke sat, pain better but cough still there. Pain returned sat evening and been relentless ever since, spiked a temp last night and feel horrendous in general. It's the back pain that's the worst part!
Is this a virus? Anyone else had it?
