Concussion - really struggling

Hi, had a small accident two weeks ago. Whiplash and concussion plus muscle damage. The worst thing is the concussion. I've been scanned for bleeds etc. Nothing found. I've never felt anything like it. My head feels like it's being squeezed and the pressure on my neck is unbelievably painful. The nausea and vomiting is getting worse and so is the depression. I just need to know that this will get better. Going back to the doctors later. Can anyone give advice?

If the doctor has no useful advice, find a cranial osteopath, preferably one who's registered with the General Osteopathic Council and has done craniosacral training as well as osteopathy. You should feel a real improvement after a couple of sessions.

Can take weeks or even months to fully recover, sorry. Don't be hard on yourself.

Don't know if whiplash can get worse before getting better, but a small bleed might not have been detected immediately after accident and it could cause these very symptoms after a few days/weeks, I would consider going back for another scan.
