It's usually like a raised ring as it heals from the inside out. That looks too flat to be ringworm.

Doesn't look like it to me from those pictures but it depends on how much you feel the pictures represent what it actually looks like in real life?

Ringworm is usually quite a defined raised ring and usually a bit bigger than that.

Might be worth popping into a pharmacy they can be quite good on rashes.
