DD's Meningitis C vaccine .. was it OK she was given an extra 0.25?

Hi Twiglett, I'm sorry I have no experience of anything like this so maybe not so good from a reassurance point of view! How did the vaccine get everywhere except where it was meant to be?! It sounds like it managed to spread a good distance though, and replacement 0.25 ml is such a miniscule ammount that all things considered, it's unlikely that it was an 'overdose' of any kind I would have thought. How frustrating though! I find vaccines quite traumatic at the best of times (I'm sure more so than my DD!). Hope you are both feeling ok about it now.
