Red dots?

Recently been under the weather with what I thought was flu, headache, aches, the lot. But this morning I woke up with red dots up and down my arms and on my hand. Does anyone know what these are?

Yes, it didnt disappear, but my dp also has it under his eye as well

Has pd had a cough? Dd1 gets red non-fading spots under her eyes with a cough, they are burst capillaries(sp) Do you have any on your feet or around your mouth?
