Tendonitis ?

For the past few.years.I get painful knees and very painful hands after a 13 hour day of we are c busy.I'm a chef.I've been kind of used to it.I'm 51.However lately.they have been so painful I could not lift my dressing gown off the hook!.Occasionally they seem like they have cloud building up on my fingers.They are painful and swollen.years ago I had arthritis blood test come back.negative.for my painful knees.Any advice?

Tendonitis is a repetitive strain injury, how does being a chef involve repetitive intense knee movements?

Well 13 hours of more on my feet.My hands seem to be worse recently....My daughter is the same so I wonder if its.Rheumatoid arthritis.My hands hang with pain sometimes.Like it day I'm in my 50s.
