Itchy hands , aching thumb area

For a couple of weeks my hands have been unusually itchy mainly on the middle bit but around the fingers to . No rash . Also my thumb at the bottom aches a bit on one side . I do have porasis of and on and have sensitive skin so wondered if it was that .
I have had some bloods tests recently rheumatology based but all normal . Anyone had this ? Thanks

If you have psoriasis and aching joints then even with negative bloods (lots have negative) you should be referred to rheumatology for assessment because you might have PsA. It doesn't always show in bloods so go back to your Gp.

Thank you I will . It’s only just come in with the bout of mild psoriasis. But is rather uncomfortable
