CBD triggering migraine

I bought the CBD oil yesterday as I got it recommended by a medical professional as a way to relieve the symptoms of fibromyalgia.
Did a decent research, spent the money. And I stuck to the prescribed dose, even took a bit less because I am rather petite.
Instead of being nicely relaxed and without the usual tension and pains, I started feeling extremely sluggish, had problems concentrating. Very tired but not falling asleep tired. I went to bad with a bad headache and woke up with a bad migraine attack which I fortunately managed to stop with triptans and pain killers.
I couldn't find any references to CBD triggering migraines on the internet, instead it seems to be the widely recommended natural means of treating migraine pains.
Anyone with a similar experience? Looks like CBD isn't for me, I didn't feel comfortable with the side-effects.

It doesn't make me relaxed, in the uk it doesn't contain thc.
You need to start with a tiny amount and slowly build it up.

fuzzyfozzy I know it's not supposed to make you relaxed in the mental way, as in feeling high etc. I mean the physical state as fibromyalgia causes you to feel pain, be tense etc.
None of it, only extreme fatigue.
I started with a smaller dose and honestly, I'm afraid to take it now.

Ah gotcha
I tried it for bone pain and didn't see a massive difference.
I'd carry on low until you're up to the Rec amount??

thank you, I decided to give it a pass, to be honest. I just didn't like it, the migraine was something else and I certainly don't want a repeat.
And not worth it, if it didn't really bring any relieve to the tension. The extreme fatigue wasn't exactly what I was looking for.
