Breaking Migraine

I suffer from chronic migraines..vestibular kind.
Under hospital and am on preventatives (gabapentin) and botox which have been really helping generally but I have now had a migraine for 6 days and its driving me mad. Triptans don't seem to work for me. Naproxen and stemetil is helping a bit. Just trying to sleep. Any ideas for what might help me break this migraine? Has anyone tried prednisolone in this situation?
Not even sure if its worth me going to the GP if theres nothing they can offer.

I’ve had 2 migraines that have lasted 8 days once before. Nothing helped apart from trying to sleep.
You could try a back massage, facial with massage, reflexology or acupuncture. There is also a piercing in the ear on a pressure point but it doesn’t always help everyone.
I find a warm wheat pack on my head helps. Yo can get the Kool forehead strips too.
You can get Migrastick to our in the temples.
Sorry to hear you are suffering. I hope it goes away soon for you.
