Could I still be Pregnant?

Hello, I have not had a period for 6 months. This is highly unusual for me. There have been times where I have missed a period but never for this long. The longest was 3 months. I have done several pregnancy tests and they were all negative. I’ve had a blood test done privately and the Beta HCG result was 0.7. My doctor sent me for a testosterone test but it has come back okay too.

I think you be able to tell if you were six months pregnant and you'd probably have a fair amount of hgc in the blood but I have heard of women not knowing they're pregnant until they give birth! I think it's called cryptic pregnancy so maybe look into that? Other than that I think missed periods can be caused by a lot of things I didn't have a period for 9 months due to stress but I'd keep going to the doctors until they give you some answers.
