Low blood pressure?

I've always had low blood pressure & DD (20) had hers taken for the first time this week and it's 90/60 which is lowish

Can/should we do anything about it?

That's normal but if you want it higher try more salt in your diet. Why would you want it higher though?

Oh I thought 120/90 was normal

Thanks

120/80 is considered normal but 90/60 is within normal range too

yikesanotherbooboo · 07/04/2018 15:54

It's normal

Ok thanks

I feel my low blood pressure is connected to my I'll health so I wanted to prevent it for her

At least I know it's not a problem

My blood pressure used to be 90/60. It's crept up as I've got older to around 100/70

I'm lucky if mine is that high when I was pregnant it went down to 69/58 or something the nurse fell off her chair!

Poor DD is having a rough time and I thought it was something I could fix
