Discharge changes (TMI... sorry)

Name changed so this doesnt link with any identifying posts Blush

So over the last 10 weeks or so I have noticed a real change in my discharge... there seems to be a lot of it, to the point where even with a pantyliner I feel "damp" down there. It's always been more yellowy than clear or white but GPs have assured me that's just normal for me but now it's seems to be more yellow and thicker... almost slightly gloopy but still slightly runny. No smell (unless you get right in and sniff in which case it smells almost faintly of yogurt?!?!) No itchiness or sorenes.

Been to the GP, tested for all STIs, BV & Trush and all came back clear.

No new sexual partners...

GP said it's just an age thing and these changes are normal and there's nothing to be concerned about... I'm only 27 though and it's making me feel really unsexy and unclean to be honest.

Up to date with my smear and havebeen on the combined pill for around 3 years now. Definitely not pregnant.

Any one have any ideas of anything else this could be or anything I can try to try and get things feeling a bit better down there?

I think changes throughout a month are normal (Or when you first start new contraception) But if it is totally out of the ordinary for you then it deserves investigating.

I would download an app like Clue and track it for a month. Then go back to your GP and ask for it to be investigated further.

Sorry this is happening to you. It's definitely rubbish when things don't feel right but you don't know why!

Def agree re tracking it so can see when changes are happening.

I think as we get older it does change. I never knew what to look for when ovulating and ttc and yet now it’s like a neon sign in the form of my discharge! I’m like I don’t need to know now!

If you notice a pattern like it’s towards period starting etc then it makes sense then but if all random you can go back to GP with evidence
