Should I be worried?

For the last year or so I have had intermittent episodes of numbness on my left cheek. I mentioned it the my GP who said it was probably Bell’s palsy and not to worry but these episodes are now more often and probably now at least 2-3 times a week, lasting for a few hours.

Now I have developed numbness and tingling in my ring finger and little finger of my left hand which has lasted for 24 hours so far.

Should I go back to the GP? I’m feeling a bit anxious as my mum had MS and was diagnosed at a similar age
