Acne at my age!

I know it's doubtless hormonal, but keep breaking out in bumps and spots over chin. You don't expect it at nearly 50! Anyone used any products that deal with flipping acne later in life?

I had this and am same age. Spots and pimples around my chin and around nostrils. They would come and go but then never really went away. Went to GP. Straightaway she said Rosacea, which is a problem a this age and gave me a cream called Rosex. I put this on every day for 3 months and all cleared up completely.

Oh that's interesting. This isn't like bog standard acne with pussy centre, more like sores. And v itchy. I'll look into Rosacease.
